Digital Wood Nymph

I am really proud of this one actually C: I did this as part of a study between the difference in my traditional and digital styles. My digital style is much more refined and tbh I like it a lot better than drawing with paper and pencil.

This was also a challenge to do something that I didn't think I could do. I want to continue to push myself as an artist so I tried a more realism approach to this picture than I normally do. It was fun and I learned a lot from doing it!

The berries are Bittersweet, a tribute to my grandfather as he loved them and we would go out into the country every fall and cut some branches for his table. I miss him.

I will prolly do a nymph for all the seasons, starting with fall as it is my favorite and tis the season C:

Something about her. She is the embodiment of autumn that is why her hair is red and she has amber colored eyes. She lives in and is part of nature so that is why you see that her only clothing is what her environment supplies. She has a very mischievous personality and loves to play tricks on those that happen to cross her path. She is very old, as old as time itself and her name has long been since forgotten. She is in a constant power struggle with winter and the frost nymph that controls it, trying to buy more time for herself to walk the earth and play tricks on the unsuspecting.
