Really love how you've charactured the idea of a night elf. I am loving the ears that instantly attract you to the character and show her race. I am really enjoying her formal business work clothes and the fact she's drinking a martini while probably tweeting about it on her iPhone. Really also love the collection of accessories including the laptop and glasses to really bring her upto speed. Over all love the hair too and the whole piece is really well done and would be a fantastic poster for a "modern women" type of campaign in the elf world. So well done you.
The only think I can really nitpick about would be the shine/shade. I feel more glare on her glasses, more shine on her hair etc
